I'm Billy Wild,

I empower men experiencing a "midlife crisis" to transform their lives by changing negative habits and achieving peak health.

Through my HACK program (Health, Accountability, Connections, and Kindness) I guide men to not just lose weight but to revolutionize their lifestyle.

This journey helps mitigate habits that harm your well-being, alienate loved ones, and stoke anger, ensuring you create the legacy you truly desire.

From Inner Work to Outer Harmony

Years ago, I found myself caught in the relentless pursuit of external rewards, only to realize they were not serving my true purpose. This awakening led me to make significant transformations in my life.

I shed 70 pounds and embraced a path of servant leadership, making a meaningful impact in my community. Now, I climb the mountain at sunrise each morning, embodying the harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

Through my HACK program—emphasizing Health, Accountability, Connections, and Kindness—I empower men facing a "midlife crisis" to break free from negative habits, achieve peak health, and forge the fulfilling life they desire. My mission is to guide others toward creating a legacy that truly reflects their authentic selves.

FAQS

Is the sunrise hike just for fitness, or is there more to it?

Beyond the physical benefits, many hikes offer moments for reflection and camaraderie with the group, making it both a mental and social experience

Early morning yogic practices, such as meditation, breathing exercises, and asanas, create a serene and focused start to your day. Engaging in these activities during the ambrosial hours—typically before sunrise—helps to cultivate a calm mind, enhance self-discipline, and foster a positive mindset.

This tranquility and focus make it easier to replace unhealthy habits with more beneficial ones, setting a positive tone for the entire day.

What are some common obstacles people face when building new habits at sunrise, and how can they overcome them?

Common obstacles include lack of motivation, difficulty in waking up early, and maintaining consistency.

To overcome these:

Set clear, achievable goals: Start with small, manageable changes and gradually increase the intensity of your practices.

Create a supportive environment: Prepare your space the night before to make it welcoming and inspiring.

Stay accountable: Partner with a friend or join an online community to stay motivated and share progress.

Reward yourself: Celebrate small victories to reinforce positive behavior and maintain enthusiasm.

Will I be able to keep up with the group?

Most hikes are planned with varying fitness levels in mind, so feel free to ask about the pace and difficulty. It's perfectly okay to take breaks as needed.

How awkward will it be if I don't know anyone?

It's common to join without knowing others, and these hikes are a great opportunity to meet new friends who share your interests.

We also have activities designed to improve connections quickly and allow for new friendships to begin based on shared goals.
