FAQS
Beyond the physical benefits, many hikes offer moments for reflection and camaraderie with the group, making it both a mental and social experience
Early morning yogic practices, such as meditation, breathing exercises, and asanas, create a serene and focused start to your day. Engaging in these activities during the ambrosial hours—typically before sunrise—helps to cultivate a calm mind, enhance self-discipline, and foster a positive mindset.
This tranquility and focus make it easier to replace unhealthy habits with more beneficial ones, setting a positive tone for the entire day.
Common obstacles include lack of motivation, difficulty in waking up early, and maintaining consistency.
To overcome these:
Set clear, achievable goals: Start with small, manageable changes and gradually increase the intensity of your practices.
Create a supportive environment: Prepare your space the night before to make it welcoming and inspiring.
Stay accountable: Partner with a friend or join an online community to stay motivated and share progress.
Reward yourself: Celebrate small victories to reinforce positive behavior and maintain enthusiasm.
Most hikes are planned with varying fitness levels in mind, so feel free to ask about the pace and difficulty. It's perfectly okay to take breaks as needed.
It's common to join without knowing others, and these hikes are a great opportunity to meet new friends who share your interests.
We also have activities designed to improve connections quickly and allow for new friendships to begin based on shared goals.
