EFT Tapping Session: Feeling Stressed / Stress Relief
Have you been feeling a little stressed lately? Anxious even? Then this EFT tapping session is for you! I wrote the script a while back because I have been feeling a little stressed myself. Doing this quick tapping session helps me feel calm and at peace again.
Luckily I don’t get stressed very often. But quitting my business, starting a new one and looking for a job on the side at the same time has been a little stressful. Not to mention all my other responsibilities and dealing with a sick cat for the past week (he’s doing better now). I initially wrote this tapping script for myself, but I feel like it’s too good not to share.
